Lawson injury update

BELLE Vue are hoping William Lawson, injured during the home match against Poole on May 17, will be fit to return when Ipswich are the visitors in an Elite League match next Wednesday, June 16.

The Autogate Aces have agreed to a request from Edinburgh for him to guest in their home Premier League match against Workington this Friday and Lawson feels he is ready for a comeback after being sidelined with an Achilles tendon injury.

Aces team boss Chris Morton said: "Edinburgh want him to ride for them and he is ready to do it. We will see how he goes and, if he comes through the meeting okay, he'll be back for us next week."
